SEO Performance Audit
Est. 2026 · Winnipeg, MB
For business owners losing customers to a slow website

Find every issue costing you customers — before they even see your business.

A professional Lighthouse-based audit of your website's performance and SEO. Every issue identified, prioritized by impact, with specific fix recommendations. Delivered as a PDF report within 48 hours.

The average small business website scores under 50 on mobile.

Google's Lighthouse — the same tool Google itself uses to rank websites — scores every site from 0 to 100 on performance, SEO, accessibility, and best practices. Anything under 50 is considered poor. Anything under 90 is leaving customers and search traffic on the table.

Typical Lighthouse score for SMB websites we audit.
Slow load times. Broken mobile experience.
Invisible to Google. Costing real customers.

Most owners have no idea this is happening. Their nephew built the site three years ago. It "works." Meanwhile, competitors with faster sites rank higher in search, convert better on mobile, and quietly pull ahead.

A 20-page PDF report with every issue, prioritized.

One price. No upsells in the report.

The audit is a one-time $497 fee. If you want me to actually implement the fixes after, that's a separate optional engagement — but the audit is yours to keep and use however you want.

Common questions, answered.

Why $497?

It reflects the actual time and tooling required to produce a useful audit — not a generic checklist any free tool would give you. The deliverable is something you can hand directly to a developer (yours or mine) and have them implement.

Do I need to be technical to use this?

No. The report is written for business owners. Each issue is explained in plain language, with the technical implementation details available for whoever ends up doing the work.

What if my site is already fast?

Run your URL through pagespeed.web.dev first (it's free, and Google built it). If your mobile Performance score is above 85 and your SEO score is above 90, an audit probably isn't worth it right now. If either is below those numbers, you're losing customers — and the audit will pay for itself.

Can you also fix the issues, not just identify them?

Yes — implementation engagements start at $2,500 and roll in the cost of the audit. But there's no obligation. Many clients take the audit and have their existing developer execute the fixes.

Will this help my Google rankings?

Almost certainly. Google has used Core Web Vitals as a ranking signal since 2021. Faster, better-structured sites rank higher. If you're not ranking where you should be, performance is one of the most overlooked reasons.
